Membership Guidelines

12 month commitment
Free Units and Filler expire at the end of the 12 month period
Once you sign up with botox or xeomin you can not switch your free units for 12 months
Membership Perks/ Freebies are for signed member only and can not be shared or transferred
Discounts may not be stacked, members will always be honored the lowest rate with promotions
A one time set-up fee of $50 Is required for patients who have never held any active RBI membership
Visits with practitioners do not Include primary care
Family members may not be added on for a lower monthly cost with the exception of the concierge membership
Alle / Xperience points may not be applied toward monthly membership fee, expiration dates apply
