Jason Griffeth, M.S.
Co-Founder & Regenerative Medicine Specialist
Mr. Griffeth is an expert in the field of Regenerative Medicine having spent over 20 years in the space. He has been part of the treatment of thousands of patients and has directed the science & development of a number of pioneering regenerative therapies. He has worked with clinicians to develop some of the most advanced regenerative medicine treatment protocols available. He has traveled the world to train physicians on regenerative techniques.
Mr. Griffeth has also managed some of the largest pre-clinical & clinical trials in the field including using regenerative cells, platelet rich plasma (PRP) and growth factors to treat orthopedic and cardiovascular patients. These clinical trials took place at most of the leading research hospitals in the United States including Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Scripps Research Hospital, Duke University, Mount Sinai Hospital and more. He also played a leading role in developing a gene-modified cellular treatment that led to the first ever IND approval by the FDA for a stem cell, gene therapy combination therapy. He has a B.S. in Microbiology & Cell Science and an M.S. Degree both from the University of Florida.

Dr. Felice Haake is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Medicine. A Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Haake also specializes in medical weight loss. In addition, Dr. Haake is trained in Age Management and is currently a member in good standing with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She earned her Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Florida, Certificate of Post Baccalaureate Premedical Studies from New York University and her Doctorate from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Haake has a passion for helping patients restore their health through diet & exercise education, hormone optimization and nutraceuticals. She has a practice what you preach philosophy and thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge and her everyday practices with her patients. Her focus on hormone optimization, dietary and exercise interventions allow the patient to take control of their health and enables them to lead a more vibrant and functional life. Rachel Polich, MSN, FNP-C, RNFA, CNOR

Rachel is highly motivated Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in a variety of patient care settings. Rachel works closely with Dr. Haake and has obtained extensive training in Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss and more to help patients renew their optimal health. She offers the tools necessary to help you reclaim your focus, your energy and your enthusiasm for time spent at work and with family, and yes, during physical intimacy.
Rachel obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, IL along with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). In addition to her training with Dr. Haake, Rachel has trained with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She joined RBI in 2022 to follow her passion for helping patients to optimize their health and feel their best.
Brett Haake, D.O.
Regenerative Medicine Physician
Dr. Haake is an experienced Regenerative Medicine Physician on the Treasure Coast. Dr. Haake is also highly skilled in precise joint injection techniques using real-time ultrasound guidance. He has a fervent interest in the field of Regenerative Medicine due to his lifelong participation in athletics and service in the military. He joined the Regenerative Biologics Institute in order to be on the cutting edge of regenerative therapies including stem cell therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (or PRP) Therapy and more. He believes RBI offers a supplementary asset to the medical community and the sophisticated population at large along the Treasure Coast.
As a Specialist in Regenerative Medicine & Anesthesiology, Dr. Haake is a highly trained physician that draws on his extensive knowledge in physiology, pharmacology and diseases to guide his treatment techniques. He graduated from McKendree University with a degree in chemistry 2001 and was a 2nd team NAIA All-American outfielder baseball 2000. He played parts of three seasons of minor league baseball in the Frontier League (upper Mid-West) 2000-2002.
After accepting a Health Professions Scholarship from the US Navy was accepted into medical school in fall of 2003 and graduated from Nova SE COM in 2007. He then began active duty US Navy career at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. After completing his internship in internal medicine he completed one year tour of duty with the 3rd Marine Logistics Group 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force Okinawa, Japan as a General Medical Officer. He then completed residency training in anesthesiology at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and achieved board certification in Anesthesiology.

Jay Johnston, PA-C
Orthopedic Specialist & Men's Health Specialist
Jay brings substantial orthopedic and joint injection expertise to RBI with nearly 20 years experience in Orthopedic Medicine. He also has a well developed ability to perform medical histories, physical examinations, joint injections and other procedures.
Jay Johnston is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed with the Florida State Board of Medical Examiners. Jay is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Jay graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Microbiology in 2003. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he earned his Masters degree in Medical Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2006.
Angela Bischoff, Clinical Aesthetician
Angela is licensed Skin-Care Specialist that is well versed in noninvasive facial treatments, spa services, skincare products, cosmetic trends, and overall skin health. She also provides specialty facials such as RF microneedling, PRP Facials, microdermabrasion, oxygen, chemical peels, and micropigmentation.
Angela offers superb customer service by assisting patients with treatment selections best suited for their skin type and lifestyle, thoroughly explaining pre and post care instructions, and recommending home regimens.
Angela has established a loyal clientele by creating friendly, yet professional relationships.
Melissa Meadows, ARNP
Melissa, our skilled Nurse Practitioner with a focus on facial injectables and Body Contouring procedures. Melissa is a native Floridian and undergraduate of University of Florida class of 2006. In 2013, she obtained a Master of Nursing from the University of San Diego. Her love of aesthetics and overall wellness derived from the active lifestyle and professional experience gained on the West Coast.
With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Melissa has honed her expertise in the art of enhancing facial aesthetics and sculpting body contours. Her commitment to her craft is evident in her most recent role as a Lead Trainer with MERZ Pharmaceutical Company, the inventor for popular neurotoxin Xeomin.
To date, she has passionately trained over 400 physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses about the aging process and optimal injectable techniques.

She utilizes her acquired nursing expertise to achieve the highest level of patient care.

Taylor Watford joined the RBI team as a Medical Assistant in 2022 and has been a great addition to our team. Taylor brings a positive attitude to our practice every day and is always willing to help patients have a pleasant experience.

Richard Steinfeld, M.D.
Dr. Steinfeld is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. His orthopaedic specialties includes sports injuries, hip, knee, and shoulder reconstruction, general orthopaedics (including foot/ankle and hand surgery), as well as fracture care.

Dr. Steinfeld's education and training have been unique and extensive. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison receiving a degree in Psychology. He was awarded his Medical Degree from the The New Jersey Medical School in 1992.
Dr. Steinfeld completed his internship in General Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. After US Naval Flight Training at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute, he spent three years as Flight Surgeon and Head of Aviation Medicine at Naval Air Station Key West. Dr. Steinfeld returned to the Mayo Clinic and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. He was then chosen to undertake a Clinical Fellowship in Knee Surgery with John Bartlett, MD, in Melbourne, Australia finishing in June 2001.
Miguel Rivera, M.D.
Miguel A. Rivera, M.D. founded the Florida Institute for Physical Rehabilitation. He has been practicing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management for over 10 years.

Dr. Rivera has devoted much time to his profession. His goal is to help those in obtaining relief and regaining a fulfilling lifestyle. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Rivera’s special area of interest is to establish a comprehensive approach in the treatment of patients suffering from neuro-musculoskeletal pain and spine conditions. This treatment may involve the use of many modalities including physical therapy, neuro-musculoskeletal, intra-articular injections, regenerative medicine and X-ray guided spinal injections.
