Ashley is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who earned her master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and her national certification through American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2021. Her background as a registered nurse began in 2005 which has given her an exceptional and broad foundation in medicine.  She brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to our practice. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she has spent several years serving in both emergency and hospital medicine at the renowned Cleveland Clinic. 

She is a vibrant and health-conscious native of Vero Beach, Florida. As a proud wife and mother of two, she regularly balances her family life with her passion for fitness and wellness. She believes in the power of clean eating and fueling her days with nourishing, wholesome foods. Her dedication to living a healthy lifestyle not only benefits her, but also inspires those around her to prioritize their own well-being. Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, soaking in the coastal beauty of her hometown.

In addition to her vast nursing experience, Ashley has undergone training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Orthopedic Specialist & Men's Health Specialist

Jay brings substantial orthopedic and joint injection expertise to RBI with nearly 20 years experience in Orthopedic Medicine.  He also has a well developed ability to perform medical histories, physical examinations, joint injections and other procedures. 

Jay Johnston is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed with the Florida State Board of Medical Examiners. Jay is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Jay graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Microbiology in 2003. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he earned his Masters degree in Medical Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2006.
